These terms govern your use of PEpracticehub, operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not create an account.

What we are, and what we are not

PEpracticehub sells practice material for the NCEES Principles and Practice of Engineering examination. We write our own questions and explanations, based on the published exam specification.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to NCEES in any way. NCEES® and PE® are registered trademarks of the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying. We do not administer the exam, we do not see your results, and we cannot influence them.

We do not promise you will pass. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of any exam outcome. Passing depends on your preparation, your background and the exam you sit. Any figure we publish about study time or readiness is a guide, not a prediction.

Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • One account per person. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold or transferred.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself, and for what happens under your account.
  • Tell us promptly at [SUPPORT EMAIL] if you believe someone else has access.

What you may not do

  • Copy, scrape, republish, resell or redistribute our questions, explanations or lessons.
  • Share your login so other people can use one subscription.
  • Use automated tools to download the question bank in bulk.
  • Attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the service.

We may suspend or close an account that does these things, without a refund.

Content and ownership

The questions, explanations, lessons and design on this site belong to us. Buying access gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use them while your access is active. It does not transfer ownership.

Codes and standards referenced in our material remain the property of their publishers. We describe and explain them; we do not reproduce them.

Payment, renewal and refunds

  • Prices are shown before you pay, in [CURRENCY], and may change for future purchases.
  • Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never receive or store your card details.
  • Monthly plans renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time from your account; access continues to the end of the period you paid for.
  • [REFUND WINDOW, for example: a full refund within 14 days if you have answered fewer than 20 questions.]
  • The pay-once plan stays active until you tell us you have passed, or until we stop selling the product, whichever comes first.

Changes to the service

We add, change and remove material as the exam specification changes. We may change these terms; if a change materially affects you, we will tell you by email before it takes effect.

If we ever close the service, we will give you at least [NOTICE PERIOD] notice and a way to export what is yours.

Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any given piece of content is free of mistakes. Where we are found liable, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, to the extent the law allows.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law
